Centenary Peaks Holiday Townhouses are fully Self Contained.

An additional service we provide for a charge of $88.00 per service. Please advise upon booking should you want this service.

Twin share (one person per bedroom) bookings are not possible via this website, for twin share pricing and bookings, please call Centenary Peaks on 03 5750 1433.

All Centenary Peaks Townhouses are two bedrooms two bathrooms.

By booking for two persons (it is assumed a Couple is booked) you are booking and paying for the use of one bedroom and one bathroom and the entire living area. Extra Charges of $120.00 per night apply for the use of the second bedroom and bathroom.

The amount equal to the first night accommodation is required to secure your Townhouse. Outstanding/Balance amount will be automatically deducted 28 days prior arrival. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Bookings made inside 28 days of arrival equal full payment at time of booking.

Your booking is NOT guaranteed unless you have received a second email confirming your deposit and outstanding amount due, it is advisable especially during peak periods to confirm your booking via telephone. (If email not received within 48 hours please call 03 5750 1433)

If 28 days or more notice of cancellation is given then the Deposit less the administration fee (See below) will be refunded. If cancellation occurs 28 days or less before arrival, the entire Deposit and Balance of Payment shall be forfeited.

Minimal $55.00 administration fee applies to any cancellation.

At any time, due to any unforeseen, unavoidable and suitability circumstances we reserve the right to entirely cancel or to transfer bookings to another suitable Townhouse.

Due to occupancy maximisation fairness of the Townhouses, reduction of originally booked days are not acceptable. Eg: if 4 nights booked and you stay or alter to 3 nights you will be charged for the 4 nights. The increase of days may be possible (other bookings permitting).

Late checkout can be arranged, but only prior to arrival. We need to know this in order to prepare for the next incoming client.

Children are welcome at Centenary, however please be aware that staircases are a feature of the townhouses and younger children may have difficulty negotiating these.

Supplied. Replacement linen is available at a cost.

A closet laundry, complete with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are a feature of each townhouse.

Wireless Internet available (fees apply).

Plasma screen televisions are supplied in each townhouse. Some of the bedrooms also have televisions in them.

Bright has many quaint and unique shops offering everything from gourmet homemade chocolates to handcrafted outdoor furniture. Specialty gift shops, footwear, clothing and toys to suit any age and any taste. We have hardware, grocery and chemist shops, and the NAB, ANZ, CB and Bendigo banks are also located within Bright and within a stones throw away.

Bright has two large supermarkets and many specialty shops to fill your townhouse fridge and pantry with essentials and gourmet goodies and anything else you may require to cook up a storm or snack all day. However, if dining out is your desire, Bright has numerous cafes, award winning restaurants, specialty coffee shops and bars. Please ask us, we are happy to recommend.

We are sorry but we do not allow pets in our townhouses.
